Polite and welcoming staff, they made my day!!
Easy central location close enough to restaurants and outdoor activities, surrounding areas and the waffle house. There was cafe Carafe Coffee Roasters, that I found within 10 minutes' walk of the hotel.

Mountain inn & suites was a lifesaver during our escape from hurricane matthew. The king suite was clean, modern, and comfy. The staff, especially tiffany, were really good in helping us feel welcome. The breakfast had plenty of choices.

The location was central, right by the next day around Hendersonville as well as restaurants and stores, even a liquor store. Thoroughly enjoyed the double room with microwave and refrigerator and the way it was setup.

Had a great one-night stay. The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially Tiffany. The room was modern and comfortable, which was perfect for our getaway. Breakfast choices were also decent. We appreciated the cleanliness and the good location near local attractions.

The room was brand-new and convenient with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave and a refrigerator.
Clean pet-friendly hotel with helpful and amicable staff. Nice building and rooms in good condition. Location - easy, really close to Asheville and eateries and the waffle house. Also, to everything in the area.

Easy access to I 26. Lovely setting, structure and rooms. Made to feel at home from staff and room itself. It's hard to feel 'at home' in most hotels. We were there to check out Flat Rock and surrounding towns and access to medical, shopping and other needs in reference to moving there. Loved the hotel and the location.
